Before contacting support
Please include your app version, a short description of the issue, and any visible request ID from the app's Help and diagnostics screen. Do not send passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. If a purchase succeeds but your Pro credit does not appear, open the app and use Restore purchases from the My screen before contacting support.
